Somatic Yoga Therapy Workshop: Tools for Nervous System Regulation
This 2-part series (offered as a whole, or in individual sessions) will introduce you to general approaches to somatic (body-based) healing. We will learn the basics of nervous system regulation fight/flight/freeze/collapse response through practice and discussion.
Together we will practice and build tools of emotional resiliency and resourcing.
